SHIPPING
Shipping is available in both Canada and the United States.
*We offer free local pickup in Niagara Falls and Hamilton - please see below*
• $5 UNTRACKED lettermail in Canada available for 1-2 pieces ONLY. Please note, lettermail is at the customers discretion and there are exceptions as to what will be accepted as 1-2 pieces.
• $11 CAD flat rate within Canada.

• $11 USD flat rate within USA - custom/duty charges are not included and may or may not occur.
• Free shipping on purchases of $100 CAD or more within Canada.
All products will ship out within 1-5 business days. We will do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible however delays may occur during launches, high volume sales or during the holidays.
Please keep in mind that shipping time will vary based on your location and shipping method. Maeren & Co. is not responsible for delays due to the courier.
If you select Canadian lettermail, please keep in mind that this is at the customers discretion/risk. We will notify you when the order is shipped however lettermail comes with no tracking number/insurance. Maeren & Co. is not responsible for any missing packages once it leaves our possession. Please note the timeframe of lettermail can be unpredictable.
We ask that you carefully look over your personal information before checking out your cart. If a package is sent to an address and is refused or undeliverable, Maeren & Co. will pay the postage fees to retrieve the package. If this occurs and the package is sent back to us, we will refund you the total of the order minus $11 CAD/USD to account for the charges.
Local Pickup:
Local pickup is typically available 7 days a week, with some exceptions during long weekends or holidays. When checking out, please select the free local pick-up option under shipping. We will contact you via the information provided with a pick-up location once your order is ready and we can discuss a pick-up time. If you do not receive an email regarding pick-up within 48 hours after placing your order, please contact us via facebook, instagram or email to confirm we received your order. Please have your name, order number and desired location (Niagara Falls or Hamilton) available.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
After an order has been placed we cannot modify or cancel it. However, unwanted items can be returned for an exchange/refund within 30 days of being received directly from Maeren & Co.
A product may be returned if it is sent back:
✔️ unworn
✔️ unwashed
✔️ original tags still attached and packaging undamaged
✔️ free of any damage including stains, odours or animal hair
A refund will be issued within 5 business days once the package has been received and we have approved the above requirements. Please include your order number and name on a piece of paper inside your package. The cost of shipping a return is the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us to check on stock availability and once it's confirmed we have what you are looking for, we can process the return of the unwanted item. The cost of shipping an exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please email maeren.co@gmail.com with the following information:
• Order number and your name
• Photo with tags on and in new condition
• The reason for the return
If you believe your product may have a manufacturer defect, please email us within 10 business days of your delivery with photos and any important details related to the issue. Product must be new and unworn.
Items washed/worn are not eligible for returns/refunds.
